Does Saffire Blue offer formulating advice? While Saffire Blue Inc prides itself on customer service, for legal reasons we cannot be your cosmetic chemist. General questions regarding percentage, usage or general information will be provided. We cannot stress enough that Research and Development will enable you to successfully formulate a product that is unique to you. In the end, we hope that with the necessary R&D it will bring you great joy and pride with your cosmetic endeavors

Payment Methods - ALL orders must be prepaid prior to shipping. We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Money Orders, Direct Deposit (Scotiabank), Cheques, E-Mail Money Transfers and Direct Debit. All cheques must clear before shipping. Sorry, we do not ship COD.

Do you have a minimum order - We do not have a minimum order! However, all orders under $50 will be charged a $5.00 small order surcharge.

Do We Accept Returns - Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. If you have any questions about any of our products please ask before purchasing.

What Happens If Product Contents Are Damaged During Shipment - We do our best to ensure that your product is packed and will be delivered safely. Please be sure to inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If, for any reason the box has ANY signs of damage, DO NOT accept the package. Contact us immediately if you refuse shipment. All claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of package.

Can I Pick My Order Up - Yes. However, all orders require 24 hr notice during NORMAL business hours. Same day orders will incur a $10 surcharge.

Refused Packages - Any packages returned to us due to customer refusing shipment (damaged shipments are not included) will be billed for any shipping charges incurred plus a 15% restocking fee.

Are your prices listed on the website Wholesale or Retail - The prices listed on the website are wholesale prices. We do not have retail prices. In addition there are no special requirements to qualify for our wholesale prices. If you are looking to purchase in volume we offer bulk prices.

Are your liquid measures by weight or volume - We measure our liquids in (ounces or pounds) by weight, of course measures in ml or litres will be by volume.

Are your essential oils 100% pure - Our essential oils are sourced from different countries all over the world and are 100% pure and natural.

Samples - We do not ship samples, independent of orders. Offering "Free" Samples (and shipping for those samples) merely means that the cost will be absorbed into our product line, raising the prices. We offer affordable 1oz. sizes, perfect for testing.

Shipping Methods - All orders, within Canada are shipped via Purolator – Ground or Canada Post – Expedited. US & International orders are shipped via USPS. Sorry, we do not ship COD. All shipping charges are subject to verification by Saffire Blue Inc. We do our best to ensure that your product is packed and will be delivered safely. However, on occasion, the contents can show signs of damage without the box showing signs of damage. Please be sure to inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If, for any reason the box has any signs of damage, do not accept the package. Return items in the original box so we may assess the problem. Contact us immediately if you refuse shipment. If you decide to keep the damaged parcel, we will require you to return to us, COD, the unusable/damaged item(s). Products will be replaced upon arrival at our warehouse. All claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of package. |
