Menthol Crystals are ideal for use in ointments, liniments, salves and balms. These clear, colourless, needle-like crystals have an odour resembling peppermint.

Menthol Crystals Reviews
Those are nice, don’t think peppermint oil, think liquid gel mints, that’s how they smell. The product is concentrated, a little goes a long way and if you overdo it you will be sorry because it will sting (nothing too health concerning) I must say that I would have liked to see the product in a fine powder form, it would have been easier and safer. I do grind mine in a coffee grinder before use, but if you do that BE VERY CAFREFUL. Wear a mask and don’t let anyone around breath the powder because it will irritate airways for a long time (don’t ask me how I found out) and I don’t recommend using a mortar and pistol for the grinding. As for all the wonderful things that you can do with this you can make a Gold Bond style cooling body powder, a fragrance free mint chocolate lip balm (with cocoa butter, use only 0.5% menthol), mouthwash, foot powder (deodorising))..etc.
Thanks,
