Warming Foot Oil

  Warming foot massage oil can be used on sore muscles as well.  
 
1 oz   Sweet Almond Oil
1 oz   Jojoba Oil
3 drop   Peppermint Essential Oil
1 drop   Rosemary Essential Oil
1 drop   Tea Tree Essential Oil
1 drop   Ginger Essential Oil

Measurements by Weight not Volume

Method:
  • Combine sweet almond and jojoba oil. (If you don't have sweet almond, you can use other base oils like grapeseed or apricot kernel.)
  • Add the essential oils one drop at a time, shaking gently after each addition.
  • To use, massage gently into feet for sweet aromatherapy and muscle relief and to gently perfume feet naturally.
