thank you Saffire blues:- I am waiting to receive your peoduct, and it is right to receive it, with in the next few days. In the future I have a plan to produce herbal soaps for different skin types. I definetely will call you soon, to ask you to send me some other ingridients. So far, my interest is to produce personal use herbal soaps for my nuclear and extended families. On my recent communication with your company, the way your customer service reps treated me was with all the respect, and dignity... may be more than my expectation. I'd like to thank them. i believe their behaviour is the reflection of the competent management. As customers reflect the "image" of the subordinate staff, the staff duplicate the same character to reflect their leaders.

In reference to your email below, I wish to let you know how touched I was by receiving this follow-up to my order. Very few suppliers take the time to contact their customers following an order. My order was received two days after it was submitted which was amazing to me. When we need a specific product, it is great to know the quality and expedient fashion you treat your orders.

I absolutely love your customer service. It's almost unheard of these days to actually call the customer (me) if the product is unavailable at the time and that they will ship it out when it comes in...I mean WOW it amazes me as to the care and speed in which you ship it.. The price is A+ and so are the products!

PS - my friend purchased something some-where else and is living a nightmare. They are rude and didn't even notify her that her order would be delayed due to sold out item! I do believe she will be coming your way soon!

Well I just spent another large..(for me anyway) because I'm amazed at the time between ordering and receiving my order. All items were wrapped super well. I have two friends who are just attempting this too and I've told them about you. They wanted a dealer who was here in Ontario who has a good selection of product and who's prices weren't boarding on ridiculous. Wow three out of three for you...unheard of
I really don't know what else to say except, thank you, thank you, thank you.

  Hi Susan,

Just wanted to say thank you for the wonderful service...

I ordered on Wednesday and my order was her on Tuesday! Just FOUR buisness days! I picked up my goodies at 9 and had all my goodies created by 11! SO MUCH FUN! I am totally addicted! I will definetly be making another order in the next few days! But I will order on a Monday so i dont have to wait over the weekend agian!!
