The gel of the Aloe plant is renowned for its unique properties to soothe and moisturize dry, irritated and damaged skin. Aloe Vera Gel – Decolourized is obtained when the inner gel (fillet) is carefully removed and processed to remove the pulp and fibre.

Aloe Vera Gel - Decolourized is a highly refined grade of Aloe Vera Gel for use in cosmetics and toiletries. Cosmetic formulations, where colour stability and clarity are important, use this purified aloe gel. Use 1:1 in creams, lotions and other formulations. It can also be used as the liquid portion for face masks and body wraps. Pure Aloe Vera Gel is actually a liquid and not gel-like in texture. We recommend properly preserving your formulation when using Aloe Gel as it will readily grow bacteria. Refrigerating Aloe Vera Gel will extend the shelf life.

Note: Your finished products(s) must contain a minimum of 15% Aloe Vera to meet the certification requirements of the International Aloe Science Council. However, a 10% level has shown to enhance the function of many products.
