  1. VERY watery! I bought this because it seemed like a cheaper option than Dr. Bronner’s liquid magic soap but I have to use 3 to 4 times more of this base to get the same sudsiness as Dr. Bronner’s, so this actually costs more. I’ve switched back to Bronner’s.

  2. I haven’t had a chance to try it but I have been looking for castile soap for a while now and I finally found it here. This is an awesome site for people who like to make things themselves like myself.

  3. The soap base is excellent, but call me old fashioned – I would think it would have SOME olive oil in it, at least. It was a little misleading to me for that reason, but is still good quality.

  4. Love this stuff for shampoo and body wash – is a bit runny, but you can add grapeseed oil or coconut oil to balance that out and make a perfect creamy wash!

  5. Has no smell and slight yellow colour. Creates a small amount of suds, and easy to wash off. I used it for dog shampoo and my dog came out very white!
