Lip Gloss Base

This lip gloss will add shimmer and shine to the lip balm, yet it is natural. Now you can offer an alternative to the "petroleum" variety and unlike other natural formulas, doesn't separate in various temperature conditions.

Identical to the ingredients of our unscented Lip Balm. There is the inclusion of a Hydrolized Castor Bean glossing component, similar to the effect of silicone. This gloss will add a shimmering highlight, however, its does not last as long as silicones, but it is naturally derived and edible. This lip gloss is fairly firm and not fluid enough for bottle and wand type applicators. A good moneymaker that for every 1Kg/32oz container, will yield 128 - 1/4oz pots.

Lip Gloss Base Ingredients
Soy Wax, Euphorbia Cerifera (Candelilla) Wax, Capric/Capryllic Triglycerides, Natural Beeswax, Canibis Sativa (Hemp) Seed Oil, Ricinus Communis (Castor) Oil, Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Limanthes Alba (Meadowfoam) Seed Oil, Castor Isostearate Succinate, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), Tocopheryl (Vitamin E).

Lip Gloss Base Mixing Instructions
You can microwave up to 1 pound on medium-high setting. Use microwavable safe plastic as other types might break down or melt. If your microwave does not have a turntable, watch that you do not heat one side for too long as the product will heat on one side with a chance you can melt the container (even if it is microwave safe). Use oil-based colourants.
