Please be sure to open and inspect your parcel immediately upon receipt and submit any claims for missing or incorrect items within 3 business days of the delivery.

If your parcel appears damaged upon delivery, please do not open the box. Refuse to accept delivery and contact us immediately to let us know of the issue. All claims, due to shipping damage, must be made within 24 hours of receipt of package.

Send us Photos!

After submitting your initial contact form, you will receive a notification that a ticket has been created for you. Please reply to that email with photos, if applicable to your issue. For example, if you received the wrong item, please send us a photo of the item you received which is incorrect. If we can see what you are reporting, we can verify it and get the correct items to you faster.
