Chocolate Covered Cherry Lip Balm Recipe

A wonderfully fragrant and rich treat for your lips!


(Measurements by weight, not volume)

42 grams Aloe Butter
14 grams Sweet Almond Oil – 100 Pure
14 grams Beeswax Cosmetic Grade – White Pastilles
13 grams Olive Oil – Squalane
13 grams Cocoa Butter – Natural
11 grams Anhydrous Lanolin
7 grams Vitamin E
2.5 grams Chocolate Flavour Oil
1.5 grams Cherry Flavour Oil
0.5 grams Stevia Sweetener


  • In a double boiler, combine aloe butter, almond oil, beeswax, olive oil, cocoa butter, lanolin and vitamin E.  Heat until all are fully liquefied.
  • Remove from heat and add flavour oils and stevia.  Stir well to combine.
  • Allow the mixture to cool slightly before pouring into your chosen lip balm containers.
