Lavender Sage Bath Salts for Stress & Pain Relief
1-1/2 cups Epsom Salts – Coarse
1/4 cup Baking Soda
10 drops Lavender Essential Oil 40/42
5 drops Clary Sage Essential Oil
Combine all ingredients and add to your running bath water to dissolve. Soak for at least 20 minutes at least once a week to relieve stress and unwind.
