Description: Ylang-ylang Essential Oil is extracted from Cananga odorata; a tropical tree about 20 meters high with large and fragrant flowers. The flowers are either pink, mauve or yellow in colour. The yellow blossoms are viewed as being of the highest quality.
Colour: Pale – golden yellow clear liquid.
Common Uses: Ylang-ylang Essential Oil is believed to assist with; high blood pressure, rapid breathing and heartbeat, nervous conditions, as well as impotence and frigidity.
Strength of Aroma: Medium
Blends well with: Salndalwood, Lavender, Rosewood, Bergamot, Grapefruit, Neroli
Aromatic Scent: Ylang-ylang has a floral scent that is sweet, and exotic.
