Absolutely TERRIBLE in CP soap. Cause IMMEDIATE separation. Tried to salvage with hot process save, but it was a total flop. I drained off excess oils hoping to save it and rebatch but it ended up super lye heavy. NOT FOR CP SOAP MAKING!
Seized my cold process soap almost immediately after adding at trace. I was able to spread the batch into the mold but had to work very quick. Subtle smell of coconut. Would love to use this fragrance oil again but won\’t due to issues with accelerating trace.
Smells exactly like suntan lotion, somewhat play doughy smell which I find in a lot of coconut scents. It causes CP soap to accelerate but other then that was fine to work with.
I don’t smell the hints of the other fruits listed, but it is a fantastic coconut, tropical scent for bath bombs.
Love the oil, and the price is excellent! The packaging, however, was a bit of a challenge. Be prepared to transfer it to a medium-size lidded bowl, or a large mason jar (or 2). I simpl cut the plastic container and scooped out the oil. It was an easier process than what I had expected.
